My Health Diary (我的健康日记) - Collagen Drink

One of the health drink that I bought loosely to try out during my Taiwan Trip was the My Health Diary (我的健康日记) - Collagen drink product. Fyi, the brand name is a direct translation from Chinese. :X

As there's a 7-Eleven 1 for 1 offer, so I bought like 2 bottles to try. I was pretty glad that I only bought 2 bottles. I was wondering if this drink was meant to be diluted before drinking or something because it was extremely sweet. After 1 bottle, I was like huh? Why is this drink so sweet?

So in the end, I still end up buying my favorite Sato Collagen drink instead :) Yes, but I'll only stock up whenever there's a promotion of course. I have like 2.7 boxes of the Sato drink in my cupboard. LOL!

Pink Dolphin - Collagen (Apple Flavour)

Tried out this nice tasting drink, really with a apple scent and taste when shopping for drinks. Having a closer looked at the label gave me a shock! It's indeed very amazing to find out that apart from those 30ml collagen drinks, this 500ml bottle contains 550mg marine collagen, which is slightly more than 3 of the DHC Collagen Tablets and 1 bottle of Sato - Q10 Hakubi Drink!

Watson's Collagen Intensive

Watson's Collagen Intensive
Bought this item from Watson's as it looking pretty interesting with it being a new item. After all, I love trying out such stuff. :P After buying and using, I felt that the design wasn't very good as the liquid can't flow out at all when I open the cap tip in an attempt to pour the contents out. In the end, the only way to get the contents out is to open the entire cap instead, which makes no sense that the bottle was actually designed this way.

DHC - 500mg Collagen Tablets

DHC - 500mg Collagen Tablets
After trying the drink, I've also got the Collagen Tablets as well, because the drinks are really very ex. Tablets seems more affordable. So far, it's a 1 month supply at about the same price as 1 packet of drinks (10 bottles). The thing is that, 3 pills a days = 500mg. For me, I only took 2 a day as it has this fishy smell which I really don't like and don't feel like eating at times. But it was now that I perhaps, it does help a little but I'm not too sure. Let's find out if it works in 1-2 months time!

DHC - 7000mg Collagen Drink

DHC- 7000mg Collagen Drink
This is by far the first collagen drink I've tried. I also got it during a promotional period where the price is way lower than the current about $47 per box price. I think that time I bought at around $30 - $40 or so with 100 bonus points. 100 points is actually a $10 discount at Watson's I should say. So.. it's pretty affordable then. The taste is pretty good as well. Most importantly, it's easy to drink.

Sato - Q10 Hakubi Drink (Collagen)

Sato - Q10 Hakubi Drink (Collagen)
My image consultant advise me to drink collagen as it helps in reducing the appearance of fine lines, improves complexion, etc. Actually, after drinking for sometime, perhaps the skin does clear up a little. But I'm certainly not sure if it's due to me using lots of facial mask and sleeping much earlier than before or is it because of the collagen that I've drank so far. In fact, I'm still wondering if it does helps.
